Yes, they run large, but once you find your size, these are great shoes. I normally wear a 9.5W which I bought and then exchanged for a 9W, and I love them. I wore them straight out of the box for a 14 hour double on my feet all day, and my feet don't hurt. I'm amazed. I also like the fact that they have double insoles. You can fit orthotics in them if you wear them. These are now my favorite work shoes.
